Olexander Usyk Drops NFT’s Ahead of Anthony Joshua Bout
Olexander Usyk, the undisputed world boxing champion and a legendary Ukrainian professional boxer who competed in the first heavy and heavyweight divisions, has announced the launch of an auction for a limited number of NFTs on Binance NFT, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.
The auction will begin on September 24th at 10:00 p.m. UTC and will run three days. Oleksandr Usyk is a Ukrainian super heavyweight (above 90.7 kg) boxer who is a WBO and WBC world champion in the first heavyweight class and a WBC diamond belt challenger (2018). He is a multiple Ukrainian amateur champion, a 2012 Olympic champion, a 2011 World champion, a 2008 European champion, and a 2012 Olympic champion. He holds the title of Honoured Master of Sports in Ukraine.
Oleksandr Usyk’s restricted NFT collection will be divided into five tiers: “Steel,” “Titanium,” and “Gold,” which will be fixed-price collectibles, and “Platinum,” “Diamond,” which will be auctioned utility NFTs. Professional boxing gloves signed by Oleksandr Usyk will be given to owners of “Platinum” NFTs. The one and only owner of the “Diamond” NFT will receive personal instruction from the undefeated champion.
