There’s a saying that everyone loves a winner, and that is especially true in sports. And there are few bigger winners in sports right now that newly-minted UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, who is coming off a stunning second-round knockout win over Stipe Miocic in UFC 260 on Saturday.
The win not only earned him the UFC heavyweight belt but also helped him sell his line of NFTs for a staggering amount. In fact, the amount Ngannou earned from selling NFTs, which surpassed $581,000, is already higher than his guaranteed purse from UFC 260, which was at $500,000, with a sponsorship bonus of $30,000.
